Where exactly is AuraVista?
In the historic centre of Montefiascone, with direct access from Corso Cavour, the main street of the village. You enter from Piazzale Roma through the historic Porta di Borgo. The first street on the left is Via Butinale. At number 14 you will find AuraVista, ground floor, two steps from the street.
How many guests does the apartment accommodate?
Up to 4 guests: 2 in the double bedroom and 2 on the double sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom only, ideal for a couple or a family with young children, less suitable for two independent couples.
How far is Lake Bolsena?
About 10 minutes by car. Montefiascone sits on the hills overlooking the lake, the plain visible from the balcony faces the opposite direction, towards the Cimini Mountains and Terminillo.
Is parking available?
The historic centre of Montefiascone has paid Blue Zone parking. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, a few minutes’ walk away.
Is it suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
The apartment is on the ground floor with only 2 steps from the street entrance. There are no internal stairs. For specific needs, please contact us before booking.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. For different times, contact us directly, we will do our best to accommodate your travel needs.
What is the minimum stay?
2 nights.
How do you get to Montefiascone from Rome?
By car: A1 motorway, exit Orte, then SR2 Via Cassia northbound. About 100 km, one hour and a quarter without traffic. By train: Roma Termini to Viterbo with Trenitalia (about 2 hours); from Viterbo, Montefiascone is 15 km by car or taxi.
